Job summary

Responsibilities include managing operations, reporting to the Area Manager, handling complaints, and training for menu knowledge and presentation. Strong leadership and willingness to travel to Kuala Lumpur for training are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with at least 2 years of experience in a management position in the F&B industry
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide a team well
• Positive mindset and high desire to learn
• Willing to work overtime and on public holidays when required
• Willing to attend training in Kuala Lumpur
• Good presentation, communication, problem-solving and time management skills
• Able to work as a team, independently and perform well under pressure
• Fluent in speaking and writing Malay and English
• Proficient in computer use
• Confident, proactive and able to meet set working hours

Responsibilities

• Report operational issues to the Area Manager and ensure operations, product preparation and customer service remain consistent
• Ensure the restaurant is always ready to operate with sufficient stock
• Provide fast, friendly and professional customer service while maintaining food and beverage quality standards
• Train the team on menu knowledge, food presentation and ensure sufficient workforce for smooth operations
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, guide the team and ensure the restaurant environment is always clean, comfortable and customer-friendly
• Monitor staff attendance, conduct staff training and ensure compliance with company policies
• Analyse sales data, identify opportunities to increase sales and achieve set targets
• Prepare and submit daily reports on staff, sales, inventory and any operational issues
• Execute daily end-of-day closure procedures and other tasks directed by management
