We provide structured management training across front-of-house and back-of-house, with exposure to team supervision, process improvement and career progression upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years’ experience in F&B / retail / customer service.
• Enjoy working on the ground with your team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work 5 days per week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be willing to relocate or transfer to another outlet if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations (service flow, kitchen coordination, opening/closing).
• Lead by example on the floor, guide crew, solve issues, and keep service smooth.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety and brand standards at all times.
• Help with crew scheduling, briefings and on-the-job coaching.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Assist in stock ordering, inventory checks and basic cost control.
• Learn to read simple reports (sales, labour, wastage) and spot improvement areas.
• Participate in structured training modules and assessments to track progress.
