JRBC Group is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager Trainee for Kuala Terengganu City Centre Mall. This program offers structured management training across front-of-house and back-of-house, with a clear path to a full Assistant Restaurant Manager role after successful progression.

Fresh graduates or 1–2 years’ experience in F&B or retail are welcome. Role involves 5-day rotating shifts, relocation if needed, and hands-on leadership alongside seasoned teams.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years’ experience in F&B / retail / customer service.
• Willing to work 5 days per week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to relocate or transfer to different outlet if needed.

Aufgaben

• Support daily restaurant operations (service flow, kitchen coordination, opening/closing).
• Lead by example on the floor — guide crew, solve issues, and keep service smooth.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety and brand standards are followed at all times.
• Help with crew scheduling, briefings and on-the-job coaching.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a calm, professional way.
• Assist in stock ordering, inventory checks and basic cost control.
• Learn to read simple reports (sales, labour, wastage) and spot improvement areas.
• Take part in structured training modules and assessments to track your progress.
