JRBC Group is offering an Assistant Manager Trainee role at VIVACITY MEGAMALL KUCHING. Start your leadership journey with formal training and grow into a full Assistant Manager position within our restaurant brands in Malaysia.

We provide structured management training across front-of-house and back-of-house, with exposure to team supervision, process improvement and career progression upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years’ experience in F&B / retail / customer service.
• Enjoy working on the ground with your team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work 5 days per week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be willing to relocate or transfer to another outlet if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations (service flow, kitchen coordination, opening/closing).
