Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking a Retail Management Trainee to launch a leadership path through a structured program. You will rotate through cashiering, stock management and product knowledge, with on-the-job training and mentorship by senior leadership to accelerate your career development.

Upon successful completion of the 6-month training, you will be converted to permanent staff and promoted to Assistant Manager, with fast-track development and incentives in a high-energy retail

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across cashiering, stock management and product knowledge.
• Learn store management, supervision, and essential admin skills.
• On-the-job training in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Mentorship from senior leadership to accelerate career development.
