Job summary

eco-shop invites fresh graduates to join its Retail Management Trainee Program in Malaysia. You will rotate through Cashiering, Stock Management, and Product Knowledge while learning Store Management, Supervision and essential Admin skills.

Upon successful completion of the 6-month training period, you will be converted to Permanent Staff and promoted to Assistant Manager, with mentorship from senior leadership to accelerate your career progression.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Proficiency in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Cashiering, Stock Management, and Product Knowledge.
• Learn Store Management, Supervision and essential Admin skills.
• Gain real-world retail experience and participate in on-the-job training.
