Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad invites fresh graduates to join our Retail Management Trainee Program in Kuala Lumpur. You will rotate across key areas such as cashiering, stock management, and product knowledge to build a solid retail foundation.

On-the-job training and mentorship from senior leaders will accelerate your development, with a pathway to becoming Assistant Manager after the 6-month program and permanent staff placement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Proficient in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive job rotations across cashiering, stock management, and product knowledge.
• Support store management and supervision activities.
• Undergo on-the-job training and mentorship throughout the program.
• Position for permanent staff and potential promotion to Assistant Manager after program completion.
