Job summary

HerbaLine Wellness Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our fine dining concept. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and lead a high-performing front-of-house team on the floor, building lasting relationships with regular guests, VIPs, and corporate clients.

You will develop and execute monthly sales plans, drive B2B initiatives, and collaborate with Marketing on promotions and events, while working closely with Kitchen and Management to optimize

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in fine dining, premium restaurants, luxury hotels or high-end hospitality.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong experience in restaurant operations, team leadership and customer service.

Restaurant General Manager - Fine Dining

Manage the overall daily operations and performance of the restaurant.

Maintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor and actively engage with guests.

Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, VIPs and corporate clients.

Develop and execute monthly sales plans and initiatives to achieve restaurant revenue targets.

Proactively develop corporate and B2B business, including company dining, business lunches, private events, celebrations and group bookings.

Build and maintain a database of corporate clients and potential customers.

Work closely with the Marketing team to develop promotions, events, partnerships and customer acquisition initiatives.

Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service standards.

Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve the overall dining experience.

Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, productivity and service standards.

Work closely with the Kitchen and Management teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Monitor sales, labour costs, food costs and overall restaurant performance, with clear action plans for improvement.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of relevant experience in fine dining, premium restaurants, luxury hotels or high-end hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong experience in restaurant operations, team leadership and customer service.

Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales growth, customer retention and business development.

Experience in corporate sales, B2B, events, partnerships or business development will be highly advantageous.

Outgoing, energetic and confident in approaching and interacting with guests.

Strong relationship-building, networking and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of restaurant revenue, labour costs, food costs and overall operating performance.

Strong English communication skills are required. Mandarin/Chinese is a strong advantage due to the nature of the role.

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive and accountable working style.

Able to work during restaurant operating hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
