HerbaLine Wellness Group seeks a hands-on Product Visual Merchandiser to oversee VM across our brands. You’ll plan displays, arrange fixtures, and source props while maintaining brand consistency and maximizing customer flow across multiple outlets.
You’ll develop VM guidelines, conduct audits, and coordinate with Marketing and Design to translate campaigns into in-store visuals. Travel to outlets is required; English and Chinese proficiency is valued.
We are looking for a Product Visual Merchandiser to oversee the visual presentation of HerbaLine Wellness Group outlets across our brands.
You will be responsible for bringing campaigns and product concepts to life in-store — from display planning and product arrangement to sourcing fixtures and decorations, coordinating outlet setup, conducting VM audits and continuously improving our visual merchandising standards.
This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who enjoys retail, visual styling, creative execution and working across multiple outlets.
Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
Plan and maintain attractive, neat and brand-consistent product displays across outlets.
Arrange shelves, counters, display tables and promotional areas.
Improve product visibility, customer flow and cross‑selling opportunities.
Refresh displays according to new product launches, promotions and campaigns.
VM Standards & Outlet Audits
Develop VM guidelines, display standards and outlet checklists.
Conduct regular outlet visits and VM audits.
Identify display issues and recommend practical improvements.
Follow up with outlet teams on corrective actions and maintain VM records.
Fixtures, Props & Decoration
Source display racks, shelves, stands, props, signage and decorative items.
Identify suitable suppliers and compare quotations.
Negotiate pricing, quality, MOQ and lead time.
Coordinate measurements, samples, customisation and installation.
Source festive and seasonal decorations while keeping within budget.
Prepare mood boards, display concepts and simple mock‑ups.
Translate campaign ideas into practical in‑store displays.
Use Canva, Adobe or AI‑assisted tools to develop quick visual proposals.
Coordinate POSM and signage requirements with the Marketing and Design teams.
Campaigns & New Outlets
Plan and execute VM requirements for product launches, promotions and festive campaigns.
Support new outlet openings, renovations and outlet refreshes.
Plan product zoning, fixture placement and signage positioning.
Coordinate on‑site setup and ensure displays are completed before launch.
Support roadshows, events and pop‑up displays when required.
Manage multiple VM projects across different outlets.
Coordinate with suppliers, outlet teams and internal departments.
Track project timelines, budgets and completion.
Balance creativity, practicality, cost and commercial requirements.
Recommend VM improvements based on business and outlet needs.
Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail display or a related field is preferred.
Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, F&B or retail will be an advantage.
Strong eye for colour, layout, styling and product presentation.
Hands‑on experience with retail displays, fixtures, props and decorations.
Good supplier sourcing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable handling quotations, measurements, customisation and installation coordination.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar creative tools.
Familiarity with AI‑assisted visualisation tools is an advantage.
Good project coordination and organisational skills.
Commercially minded and cost‑conscious.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects/outlets.
Willing to travel to outlets and support on‑site setup when required.
Own transport is preferred.
Good command of English and Chinese; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
