Job summary

RAWTEE is a fast-growing café offering fresh artisan sandwiches, specialty coffee, and quality food. We seek enthusiastic, reliable Restaurant Crew members who thrive in a fast-paced team environment and are passionate about delivering great service.

Responsibilities include preparing menu items, greeting customers, handling orders, and maintaining cleanliness per SOP. Competitive hourly rate with monthly salary, rotating shifts, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have experience in the F&B industry.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Must communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Possess valid Typhoid Vaccination Certificate and Food Handler Training Certificate.
• Experience in food preparation, beverage preparation, cashiering or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, beverages and menu items per SOP and quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety at all times.
• Prepare and replenish ingredients during operating hours.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Restaurant Crew members who are passionate about the F&B industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, beverages and other menu items according to the company's SOP and food quality standards.
• Greet customers professionally and provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Handle customer orders and operate the POS system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Prepare and replenish ingredients before and during operating hours.
• Monitor food quality, portion control and product presentation.
• Assist with receiving and organising stock deliveries.
• Support daily opening and closing duties of the outlet.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Malaysian citizens are encouraged to apply.
• Foreign applicants are welcome to apply with a valid Malaysian work permit and relevant F&B experience.
• Previous working experience in the Food & Beverage industry is required.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently.

• Experience in food preparation, beverage preparation, cashiering or customer service.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary ranging from RM2,200 to RM2,700 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, skill sets, and overall suitability.

Salary reviews and increments are performance-based, taking into consideration both individual performance and contribution as a team member.

Working Hours

Monday - Sunday - Rotational shifts.

Operating Hours: 7.30 AM - 8.30 PM

Staff will work on rotational shifts within the outlet's operating hours.

Overtime is only required based on business needs and is not compulsory.
