Oriental Coffee International Sdn Bhd (Retail) in Penang is seeking a diligent Retail Associate to uphold SOPs while preparing tea, maintain outlet cleanliness, and ensure ingredients are fresh and intact. The role requires flexibility to work overtime, weekends and public holidays.

Proactive and hardworking candidates who can communicate in Malay and English, and who appreciate a fast-paced F&B environment, will thrive.

Qualifications

• Willing to work OT, weekends and public holidays.
• Hardworking, responsible and disciplined.
• Fresh or relevant experience in retail/F&B is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the SOP are followed while making tea.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all outlet.
• Ensure that the material and fruit is fresh and without damage.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Able to communicate in Malay and English or Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Fresh and relevant experience in retail, food and beverage restaurant will be preferred
