Job summary

Sobella Beauty is seeking a customer-focused team member in Malaysia to greet customers, take orders, and prepare beverages and light meals to standard. You will maintain a clean dining area and assist with stock display while delivering friendly service.

The role requires strong communication, punctuality and a willingness to learn. Weekend, public holiday, and shift work may be needed to support cafe operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Previous experience in the food & beverage industry is an advantage, but not required.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve beverages and light meals according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, counter, and workstations.
• Refill stock and ensure products are well displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
• Support daily café operations and perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
