Job summary

Sobella Beauty in Kota Bharu, Kelantan is seeking a cafe staff member to greet customers, take orders, prepare beverages, and maintain a clean dining area. The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced environment and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Prepare and serve beverages and light meals according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, counter, and workstations.
• Refill stock and ensure products are well displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
• Support daily café operations and perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
