Job summary

ALANMA PIX, part of the K-Pix Group, is hiring for Club Med Borneo to capture guest experiences with on-site training at a luxury resort. You will learn fast within a small team and grow toward senior photographer roles, including weddings and corporate events.

Responsibilities include guest shoots, on-site upselling, and editing to brand standards, with opportunities to work abroad on future projects.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience welcome; portfolio or practice shoots considered.
• Certificate/diploma in photography or related field a plus, not required.
• On-field training and selection period at the resort.

• Photograph guests, families and events with a friendly, professional approach.
• Edit and retouch images to brand standards using our own photo editor.
• Upsell photo packages on-site with clear pricing and image rights.
• Pitch and host private shooting sessions to turn holidays into signature experiences.
• Coordinate scheduling with resort teams to maximise shoot opportunities.
• Represent the brand positively with guests and resort staff.

Job Description

Create strong visual content for our resort guests, drive engagement through photography. Selection includes hands-on training and evaluation directly at the resort — you'll learn fast, working within a small, close-knit team.

Responsibilities

Guest & Resort Shoots

Photograph guests, families and events with a friendly, professional approach

Grow into weddings, corporate events and seasonal campaigns as a senior photographer

Edit and retouch images to brand standards using our own photo editor

Upsell photo packages on-site, explaining pricing and image rights clearly

Pitch and host private shooting sessions — turn an everyday holiday moment into a signature experience guests want to book for themselves

Coordinate scheduling with resort team and events staff to maximise shoot opportunities

Represent the brand positively with guests and resort teams

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience welcome; portfolio or practice shoots considered

Certificate/diploma in photography or related field a plus, not required

On-field training and selection period at the resort

Flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Hard Skills

Practical experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lenses, including low-light shooting

Basic digital asset organisation and colour correction/editing

Understanding of composition, exposure, lighting and guest portrait posing

Soft Skills

Strong English communication; extra languages a plus; patience with guests

Team-oriented, energetic, open to feedback

Sales-minded, friendly and non-pushy

Reliable, detail-oriented, meets delivery deadlines
