Job description

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join PR Sports International SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Balakong, Selangor, where you will play a crucial role in capturing compelling visual content that supports our advertising, arts and media initiatives. As a Photographer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality images and visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audiences across multiple platforms and campaigns.

What you'll be doing

Capture high-quality photographs for advertising campaigns, promotional materials and digital content

Collaborate with creative teams, art directors and marketing professionals to understand project requirements and deliver visual solutions that align with brand guidelines

Plan and execute photo shoots, including location scouting, lighting setup, equipment management and post-production coordination

Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to ensure final images meet quality standards and creative specifications

Manage and organise digital assets, maintaining an efficient filing system and metadata documentation

Stay current with photography trends, techniques and emerging technologies in the advertising and media industry

Work with clients and stakeholders to present work, gather feedback and make revisions as needed

Ensure all photography work complies with safety protocols and brand standards

What we're looking for

Able to communicate in Mandarin / 华文 to support Mandarin-speaking customers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Proven experience as a professional Photographer, preferably within advertising, media or related creative industries

Strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency and creative vision across various photography styles and disciplines

Expert knowledge of professional photography equipment, lighting techniques and camera settings

Proficiency in image editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop) and similar post-production tools

Excellent understanding of composition, colour theory, visual storytelling and aesthetic principles

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative teams and clients

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality work

Flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing project requirements and challenging shooting conditions

Knowledge of current photography trends and best practices in advertising and media

Relevant qualifications or certifications in photography or a related field would be advantageous
