Job summary

Eternal Materials (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to drive marketing and sales of resin products. You will organize presentations, identify customer needs, pursue new opportunities, and work with the purchasing/shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries, while building strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Fresh graduates welcome; driving license and own vehicle required, with willingness to travel across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or Chemical Engineering.
• Mandarin language preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, dynamic and a team player.
• Fresh graduates welcomed; 1–2 years of related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Marketing & Sales of Resin Products.
• Organize and conduct presentations about products and services.
• Initiate new sales opportunities, identify customer needs & provide solutions.
• Actively collect payment according to credit terms.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Develop business across domestic and overseas Malaysia.
• Coordinate with other sales offices and factory to facilitate orders.
• Establish excellent customer relationships professionally.
• Follow up customers on product performance and deliveries.
• Be familiar with packaging and logistics details with purchasing/shipping.
• Study technical details of products to be proactive.
