Job summary

BPV MANAGEMENT & PROPERTIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties in Ipoh. You will coordinate maintenance, collect rents, prepare monthly reports, and promote listings through targeted marketing.

Responsibilities include site visits, liaising with contractors and tenants, arranging viewings, and maintaining strong relationships with owners. Independent work ethic and mobility to travel to site locations are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in property management or marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple properties.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to site locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenant issues are addressed.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and tenants for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in collecting rental payments and preparing monthly reports.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote property listings.
• Handle enquiries from potential tenants/buyers and arrange property viewings.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and owners.
