Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional interior design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience on Commercial projects is advantageous.
• Strong design sense with color coordination and spatial planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Up-to-date with design trends and site fit-out processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design requirements and spatial needs.
• Develop comprehensive design concepts, layout plans, and mood boards.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and precise technical/construction drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max.
• Prepare and present design proposals, material specifications, and color schemes for client approval.
• Conduct site visits with Project Managers to monitor progress and ensure construction aligns with design intent and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and suppliers to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
• Manage project design timelines and deliverables efficiently.
