Job summary

JLL in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Building Executive to support the Building Manager in daily operations, maintenance, and admin tasks for a commercial office building. You will help ensure safe, efficient, and compliant services for tenants and clients.

You will coordinate maintenance, monitor contractors, process invoices, and maintain records, reporting on utility use and occupancy matters. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Building/Facilities/Property Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building, facilities, or property management.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Building Manager in day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of the building.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors; ensure works are carried out safely and per specs.
• Process quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and maintain maintenance records.
