You will lead the site supervision team, review RC structural works, coordinate with design consultants, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality to CCC. Ideal candidates hold a Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and are registered with BEM, with at least 5 years of relevant site experience, including high-rise

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Registered with BEM.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience, including high-rise RC works and infrastructure works.

Aufgaben

• Lead the site supervision team and ensure C&S works comply with approved drawings and project quality requirements.
• Supervise high-rise reinforced concrete structural works and infrastructure works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and verify material/workmanship compliance before acceptance.
• Review method statements, shop drawings and material submissions; respond to RFIs within authority.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to ensure proper execution of works.
• Monitor construction progress, identify delays and implement recovery measures.
• Witness site testing, review results, issue NCRs and verify rectification completion.
• Assess proposed site changes and support variation documentation.
• Monitor QA/QC and workmanship to meet QLASSIC requirements.
