Job summary

Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur is seeking a reservations-focused professional with excellent customer service to turn enquiries into bookings. You will ensure fast, accurate responses across channels and manage room availability and reservation records with a focus on revenue growth.

The role reports to the Director of Sales and offers intensive training, leadership exposure, and a dynamic work environment within Hyatt’s hospitality program. Fluency in English is required, local language may be a plus.

Qualifications

• Education in Hospitality and Tourism Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in revenue and reservations.
• Good working knowledge of English; local language may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review reservations booked daily, arrival reports and other relevant reports.
• Prepare occupancy forecast and train Reservations Team.
• Coordinate with Sales Department on occupancy and rate analysis.
• Implement revenue management operations and best practices.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and optimize distribution partnerships.
• Liaise with clients for corporate events and build professional relationships.
