Job summary

Plush Services Sdn. Bhd. invites a Reservations Executive to join its dynamic reservations operations in Malaysia.

You will report to the Reservation Manager and serve as the front face of the company, handling guest inquiries and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure service excellence. Key capabilities include strong organizational skills, the ability to plan and manage an operations team, and the resilience to solve issues arising from guest bookings.

Job description

Join Plush, one of the largest short term rental management companies in Malaysia, as a team member in our reservations operations. You will report to the Reservation Manager and serve as the front face of the company dealing with guests. This role requires you to manage reservation requests, handle guest interactions, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure excellent service delivery.

Key responsibilities

Deal effectively with all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail

Identify guest reservation needs and handle guest complaints

Follow up tentative bookings and update reservation status

Ensure all work meets company standards; all function paperwork must be accurate and complete, including catering requirements, guest preferences, booking supplements and payment details

Liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to customers

Coordinate and plan manpower to solve issues arising from guest bookings

About you
