Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator in the construction/renovation/plumbing sector. You will support on-site activities, documentation, and follow-up of quotations, while ensuring smooth execution of project tasks.

You will supervise subcontractors, update daily progress, manage material control, prepare quotations, and liaise with consultants and customers. Independent work with minimal supervision is required.

Qualifications

• On-site coordination with construction/renovation/plumbing projects.
• Able to liaise with consultants, management offices and customers.
• Capable of drafting quotations and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

• To attend to reporting, documentation, following up all sent/receive quotations, work sheet and filing duties.
• To update daily sub-contractor work sheet/ on site work progress and reporting to superior on daily basis.
• To supervise, control and coordinate construction/renovation/plumbing activities for smooth execution.
• Hands-on experience on site works and project management.
• Liaise with sub-contractors regarding planning, logistics, material management and daily site issues.
• Check drawings and identify information gaps needing attention.
• Assist in material control management and quotation drafting.
• Site visiting and inspection on rectification works.
