Qualifications

• 2+ years in supplier management or related roles within travel/hospitality.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms and driving supplier performance.
• Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into actions.
• Familiarity with API integrations and resolving technical issues with teams.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders across markets and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an Asia-based portfolio of TPP suppliers for hotel inventory.
• Analyze supplier performance, identify root causes, and define improvements.
• Negotiate and optimize commercial terms and payment conditions.
• Oversee API feed integrations and configure setups with teams.
• Collaborate with Technical, Product, Finance and Customer Support to resolve issues.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and align supplier goals and timelines.
• Prioritize suppliers and initiatives based on business impact.
