Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a professional to manage the full lifecycle of spare parts operations, including inbound and outbound transactions, stocktaking, transfers, and defect repairs, with complete documentation and photographic records.

You will handle service tickets per SLAs, provide remote support to on-site engineers, monitor project delivery, and execute standardized delivery procedures with installation records and serial numbers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of spare parts operations, including inbound and outbound transactions, issuance and returns, stocktaking, transfers, and defective parts repair/return processes, while maintaining complete supporting documentation and photographic records.
• Receive, process, update, and close operations and maintenance service tickets in accordance with agreed customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Provide remote technical support to on-site engineers, including assisting with hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and component replacement, ensuring timely issue resolution and ticket closure.
• Remotely monitor and coordinate project delivery progress, support delivery and acceptance activities, and collect and organize relevant project documentation.
• Execute standardized project delivery procedures, including acceptance verification, serial number registration, installation documentation, and photographic records.
