Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills (JOINS, GROUP BY, indexing) and MySQL/MariaDB experience.
• Linux administration and Bash scripting proficiency.
• Experience with Python and Git version control.
• Background in financial services or capital markets is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, application, and operational issues.
• Write and use SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor environments using Linux, SSH, and logs to proactively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to deploy and support applications.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and participate in incident response.
• Assist in automation and continuous improvement of operational processes.
