Qualifications
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of enterprise product ecosystems.
- Ability to own complex accounts and be the primary technical contact.
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and driving outcomes.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for strategic accounts.
- Plan and manage rollout of customized Seeq solutions for customers.
- Coordinate with success, revenue, and support teams for renewals and expansions.
- Lead quarterly technical reviews and drive improvement plans.
- Advocate for product improvements based on customer needs.
