Job summary

Qualifications

Over 2 years of experience in repairing iOS and Android devices.
Fluent in English and another language.
Post-secondary education (STPM, A-level, diploma or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Conduct technical training sessions for team members and workshop participants.
Lead and supervise the performance of remote technical teams.
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Set up hardware and install and configure relevant software and drivers.
Maintain and repair smartphones, tablets and similar equipment or peripheral devices.
Install well-functioning networks and manage components.
Handle cash and card transactions with customers.
Issuing receipts, refunds, change or documents.
