NTT DATA Services in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Associate Analyst – Vendor Onboarding to manage end-to-end onboarding of new vendors and maintain data integrity in ERP systems. You will ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and SLAs during onboarding processes.

The role requires strong understanding of vendor management, procurement cycles, and experience with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa). Travel and hybrid work arrangements may apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–6 years in vendor onboarding, procurement operations, or compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa) and MS Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, validate, and process vendor documentation (tax forms, banking details, certifications).
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and internal compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate vendor records in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa).
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
• Liaise with procurement, finance, legal and functional teams to complete onboarding workflows.
• Track onboarding progress and elevate delays or issues.
• Generate onboarding status reports and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support audits by providing required documentation and compliance evidence.
• Act as a point of contact for vendors during onboarding and provide guidance on documentation and system requirements.
