Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an Accounting Sr. Analyst (Accounts Payable) to support day-to-day AP activities in a remote/hybrid Kuala Lumpur setting. You will process supplier invoices, assist with payment runs, and maintain accurate records under AP leadership.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting or related field, basic Excel and ERP exposure, and a detail-oriented, collaborative approach to ensure controls and timely closes.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounts payable or finance operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices with proper coding, approvals and documentation.
• Prepare payment runs in accordance with schedules and controls.
• Maintain AP records and supporting documentation.
• Perform basic data entry and validation in AP systems.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice approvals and documentation.
• Assist AP close activities and routine AP schedules.
• Reconcile AP balances and escalate discrepancies.
• Follow internal controls and assist audit activities.
• Participate in training and process improvements.
