Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Facilities Buyer to join our Remote Operations Center team. You will manage purchase requests and orders, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain compliance with approval workflows to reduce PO cycle time.

You will work with sourcing teams and Accounts Payable, validating quotes, classifying costs, and resolving invoicing discrepancies to support timely payments and financial reporting.

Formación

• Education in business, supply chain, or finance with relevant procurement experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and PO processing.
• Strong data entry accuracy and knowledge of approval workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Process PRs and POs in SAP Ariba based on requisitions.
• Validate cost centers, budgets and justifications for high-value requests.
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies and support payment processing with AP.

Associate's degree + 2+ years procurement experience
