Job summary

Everstudio Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounting professional to maintain AR, AP, and GL, issue invoices, and manage payments. You will prepare monthly financials and assist with tax filings and audits.

You should have a Diploma or degree in accounting and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel and accounting software skills. We offer remote or hybrid work options and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or AP roles with full AP functions.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting).
• Detail-oriented, capable of working independently and in a team.
• Remote or hybrid work options available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL).
• Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Verify and prepare recurring payments for management approval.
• Prepare AR aging, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts.
