Everstudio Sdn Bhd is seeking an accounting professional to manage full-set accounts, invoice clients, and maintain cash flow. You will coordinate with suppliers, prepare quotations, and ensure compliance with tax regulations, while supporting monthly financial reporting and year-end closing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in an accounting or AP role.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (SQL Accounting).
• Independent, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of Accounts including AR, AP and GL.
• Issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Liaise with suppliers and prepare/issue quotations.
• Verify and prepare other recurring payments for management approval.
• Ensure records are complete and updated in the accounting system.
