SummitNext in Johor Bahru is seeking a Mandarin-speaking sales talent with solid sales or telesales background. The level (SDR or BD Executive) and the salary will depend on experience, ranging from RM2,800 to RM5,000 monthly.

The role is based in JB with remote work, requiring travel to Singapore for events when needed. You will prospect, qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and build client relationships while achieving targets.

Qualificações

• Must have prior sales experience, with strong telesales and client-facing experience.
• BD applicants must additionally have prior Business Development experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written), able to communicate confidently with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Based in Johor Bahru, able to work remotely with own internet/laptop setup.
• Willing to travel to Singapore occasionally for events.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with cold outreach.
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage Mandarin-speaking clients/markets to generate interest in our products/services
• Build and manage client relationships, moving prospects through the sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of leads and outreach activity in the CRM
• Represent the company and attend events in Singapore when required (travel support arranged)
• (BD level) Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company targets

SummitNext is looking for a Mandarin-speaking sales talent based in Johor Bahru. The level and salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience:

• Candidates with solid sales/telesales experience but no direct BD background will be hired as SDR (RM2,800–RM3,500), with a clear path to grow into the BD role over time.


• Candidates who already have strong Business Development experience are welcome to apply directly for the BD Executive level (RM4,000–RM5,000).

Both levels require genuine sales background, this is not an entry-level or non-sales admin role.
