Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Malaysia seeks an experienced HSE Officer to oversee and continually improve Health, Safety & Environment practices at our Johor Bahru operations. The role ensures DOSH compliance and promotes a strong safety culture across the organization.

You will lead HSE policies, serve as SHO to regulators, perform risk assessments and investigations, and deliver training. This position requires independent work with cross-functional teams and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as HSE officer ensuring DOSH compliance and OSHA 1994 alignment.
• Ability to lead HSE policies, procedures, and programs across sites.
• Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with DOSH regulations.
• Serve as Safety & Health Officer (SHO) and liaison with DOSH and regulators.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Lead audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.
• Plan and deliver HSE training and toolbox talks.
