Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced HSE Officer for our Johor Bahru operations to oversee DOSH compliance and lead the HSE program across the site.

You will act as SHO, manage risk assessments, investigations and training, and coordinate with regulators, clients, and management to strengthen the safety culture.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage HSE policies, procedures and programs compliant with DOSH directives.
• Develop and maintain the HSE Management System with documentation and reports.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Lead audits, inspections and regulatory visits to ensure compliance.
• Plan and deliver HSE training, toolbox talks and drills for staff and contractors.
• Prepare statutory reports and management reviews and communicate with stakeholders.
• Promote proactive safety culture and mentor site HSE teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with DOSH rules and OSHA 1994.
• Serve as SHO and primary DOSH liaison for the site.
• Ensure OSHA 1994 and subsidiary regulations are met across operations.
• Develop, implement and improve the HSE Management System and records.
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations and CAPA processes.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, inspections and regulatory visits.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Lead emergency planning, drills and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Generate HSE performance reports and participate in management reviews.
• Communicate with stakeholders and foster a safety-first culture.

## HSE OfficerApply: MY.Johor.Johor Bahru: Full time: Posted Today: R-165922### **Job Description**## Overview## We are seeking an experienced HSE officer to oversee, implement, and continuously improve Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices at our Johor Bahru operations.
