Job summary

MoneyHero Group is seeking a Product Owner for Content and Web Operations to lead how financial content and campaigns are published across SingSaver, MoneyHero, Moneymax and Money101. The role blends 60/40 in web operations leadership and product ownership, with a focus on CMS enhancements, templates and workflows across four markets, ensuring accuracy under regulatory regimes.

Work with engineering and design to ship meaningful improvements each quarter, reduce manual steps with AI, and use GA4

Qualifications

6+ years in content operations or product ownership, with at least 2 years leading a team.
Business fluency in English, plus reading and writing in Traditional Chinese and spoken Cantonese.
Hands-on CMS experience with publishing governance, including formatting standards and link integrity.
Daily use of AI tools with clear stance on where they help and where they create risk.
Comfortable in GA4 and GTM, able to pull numbers and interpret them independently.
Experience partnering with engineering in an agile setup: writing clear requirements and prioritizing a backlog.

Responsibilities

Campaign content delivery across web, email and social in four markets, including microsites and product catalogs.
Lead a team of Web Operations Executives: hiring, coaching and workload planning.
Replicate campaigns across markets to create repeatable processes.
QC process for published content: rates, fees, eligibility criteria and expiry dates.
Define CMS and workflow improvements with engineering and design.
