Job summary

MoneyHero Group (NASDAQ: MNY) is seeking a Product Design Lead to join their fully remote team based in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will design end-to-end product experiences and utilize AI tools to enhance workflows. As a leader in a small design team, you will mentor others while shaping intuitive user interfaces that help consumers make smarter financial decisions.

The role requires 7+ years of design experience, proficiency in Figma, and an understanding of interaction design principles, as well as fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design with a strong portfolio.
• 2-3 years leading small design teams or initiatives.
• Comfortable with AI tools integrated into design workflows.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences and user interfaces.
• Prototype rapidly to test hypotheses and align teams.
• Lead and mentor a small team of Product Designers.
• Establish high standards for design output.
