CIMB is seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner/Business Analyst to support and deliver initiatives across CIMB OCTO web, CIMB OCTO mobile app, and Wealth platform. You will translate business needs into artifacts, guide agile squads, and ensure governance papers and approvals are prepared.

Qualifications

Experience in digital product management or business analysis within the digital space.
Exposure to banking, fintech, wealth management, or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital wealth solutions and manage end-to-end delivery.
Prepare business requirements and user stories; support sprint planning and acceptance testing.
Track product KPIs using data and analytics for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with UI/UX, operations, and tech teams to deliver compliant digital solutions.
Maintain up-to-date policies, procedures, and production support within SLAs.
