Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku is seeking a dedicated IT/Technical Support specialist to assist external customers with POS systems, troubleshoot software, and help with configuration. You will troubleshoot, configure, and guide clients remotely from your home office in Malaysia.

Collaboration with developers and clear communication via WhatsApp and phone will be essential, especially for feature requests and bug fixes. Remote work setup is required, with the stated evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in IT Support, Technical Support, or POS System Support.
Experience supporting external customers, not only internal IT.
Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of POS software functionality.
Experience handling system configuration or coordinating with developers is a plus.
Good communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently remotely.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to external customers using POS systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve POS software, system configuration, and functional issues.
Assist customers with POS system setup, configuration, and usage.
Handle customer requests for new functions, features, and system enhancements.
Work with the development team to communicate requirements, investigate technical issues, and follow up on bug fixes or feature requests.
Guide customers through troubleshooting via WhatsApp, phone calls, and remote support tools.
Follow up on reported issues to ensure timely resolution.
