Job summary

3FS TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking a Technical Support professional in Malaysia responsible for delivering first-line POS support to F&B and retail clients. The role includes on-site implementation, training, and hardware assistance, with frequent cross-team collaboration.

We value candidates with IT/CS education and at least 1 year in POS support, plus strong English, BM and Chinese communication. Travel-ready, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of technical support experience in POS industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English, BM and Chinese.
• Willingness to learn, self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Independent with minimal supervision and good team player with cross-team collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware and POS software.
• Own transport for onsite work and ability to travel (allowance provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to F&B and Retail clients via phone and chat, troubleshooting POS issues.
• Deliver support through online training, on-site implementation, and on-site hardware assistance.
• Assist with system installation, setup and configuration per client requirements.
• Conduct user training on system usage and basic maintenance.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates and performance monitoring.
• Maintain support records, documentation and reports on issues and performance.
• Collaborate with team members and ensure data security compliance.
