Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Malaysia is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide external customer support for POS systems, troubleshoot software, assist with setup and configuration.

You will communicate requirements to developers, guide customers via WhatsApp, phone, and remote tools, and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution. The role is remote with an evening/weekend schedule and independent work from home.

• Provide technical support to external customers using POS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve POS software, system configuration, and functional issues.
• Assist customers with POS system setup, configuration, and usage.
• Handle customer requests for new functions, features, and system enhancements.
• Work with the development team to communicate requirements, investigate technical issues, and follow up on bug fixes or feature requests.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting via WhatsApp, phone calls, and remote support tools.
• Follow up on reported issues to ensure timely resolution.

Working Hours

• Monday: Off
• Tuesday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Experience supporting external customers or clients, rather than only providing internal IT support.
• Good troubleshooting skills and ability to understand POS software functionality.
• Experience handling system configuration, feature requests, or coordinating with developers is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willing to work the stated evening and weekend schedule.
