Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Payment Support Specialist to handle payment inquiries, resolve transaction issues, and coordinate with Operations on urgent cases. The role is remote with rotating shifts and requires Chinese and English communication.

Freshers are welcome. Basic salary starts at RM 3,000+ per month with attendance and performance bonuses, plus holiday pay; year-end bonus subject to arrangements. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic written and verbal communication in Chinese and English.
• Good typing speed and ability to respond to merchants promptly.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts with one rest day per week.
• Stable internet connection and suitable home-office setup.
• Freshers welcome; job guidance provided; experience in customer service, payments, or operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle payment order inquiries, follow up on abnormal transactions, and process order crediting requests.
• Respond to merchant inquiries promptly and assist in resolving payment-related issues.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team to resolve transaction issues and urgent cases.
• Follow up on pending transactions and complaints, providing timely status updates.
• Maintain accurate work records and ensure smooth shift handovers.
