TP is seeking a Mandarin-speaking customer support specialist for our Penang location. You will assist customers with onboarding, product usage and general inquiries to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities include resolving issues promptly, building customer relationships, and collaborating with Sales, Support and Operations to improve satisfaction and retention. Fresh graduates are welcome; English is a plus. 5 days work with rotational shifts and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior customer service experience is an advantage.
