HHCG WELLNESS PTE. LTD. is hiring a hands-on paid media specialist to own and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok for multiple clinic locations.

You will manage campaigns, budgets, tracking and optimisation to drive qualified leads and improve ROI. Minimum 2 years of hands-on paid media experience, strong lead-gen track record, and expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads are required. GA4, GTM and conversion tracking knowledge is essential, with the ability to work independently in

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Proven track record in lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads; TikTok Ads experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS and lead quality.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management and optimisation of Google, Meta and TikTok Ads.
• Manage campaign structure, budgets, bidding, targeting, keywords and audiences.
• Allocate budgets across platforms and locations based on performance.
• Monitor CPL, conversion rate, lead quality and bookings.
• Troubleshoot conversion tracking across ad platforms, GA4 and GTM.
• Develop and test campaigns, creatives, ad copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Monitor performance regularly and provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with content/creative team to improve ad creatives.
