Job summary

Dikshatek Malaysia is seeking a customer service specialist to assist clients via live chat and email, providing clear product information and timely responses. You must be trilingual in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu, with at least 1 year in customer service.

A PC/laptop with the required specs is expected, and the role is permanently remote with flexible shifts. Weekend and public holiday work may be required, and you should maintain a positive, empathetic attitude to ensure high customer

Qualifications

Trilingual in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu (verbal, written & reading).
Minimum 1 year of experience in any customer service role.
High stress tolerance and strong problem-solving skills.
Own PC/Laptop with the following specs: Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher; Internet speed of at least 80 Mbps.

Responsibilities
