Job summary

Informa TechTarget in Penang is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our expanding team. You’ll collaborate with the lead generation group to build forms and landing pages powering custom content campaigns, and manage end-to-end campaign setup and delivery.

You’ll prepare comprehensive client lead reports, scrub data for duplicates, and ensure accurate, timely integration across HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce and Pardot, enabling real-time tracking and cross-team efficiency.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of professional experience in operations or marketing operations.
• Demonstrated meticulous data accuracy and campaign configuration.
• Strong problem-solving and process optimization abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete operational workflow for campaign portfolios from setup to launch.
• Create and implement forms and landing pages powering custom content promotions.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive client lead reports and data quality checks.
• Optimize documentation and processes to improve cross-team efficiency.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Establish and configure integrations between internal systems and clients' marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Integrate, Pardot).
