Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations or marketing operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience integrating marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our lead generation team on B2B content marketing campaigns.
• Own the complete operational workflow for your campaign portfolio, from initial setup through launch, by creating and implementing the forms and landing pages that power custom content promotions.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive client lead reports by analyzing lead data, performing quality assurance scrubbing to remove duplicates, invalid entries and non-target audiences.
• Optimize documentation and processes to ensure streamlined, cross-team operations.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery.
• Establish and configure direct integrations between internal systems and clients' marketing automation platforms (including HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Integrate and Pardot) to enable seamless data transfer, lead synchronization, and real-time campaign tracking.
