Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to support our Voice AI project team. You will handle live chat and email inquiries from Mandarin-speaking customers, providing accurate, professional responses according to SOPs.

Ideal candidates communicate fluently in Mandarin and English, work well under target-driven conditions, and adapt to a 24/7 rotational shift schedule including weekends and public holidays. Prior BPO or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write Mandarin fluently.
• Good written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Able to communicate professionally through chat and email.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable working with multiple systems.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
• Willing to work on rotational rest days, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Customer service or BPO experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through live chat and email.
• Assist Mandarin-speaking customers with their enquiries, requests, and service-related issues.
• Provide accurate and professional responses according to company guidelines and SOPs.
• Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or (???)
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case details.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and service level targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
