CredShields is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build our outbound pipeline across Malaysia and international markets. You will identify target accounts, engage with security and technology leaders, and qualify opportunities to create meaningful conversations that lead to next steps with Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in B2B outbound sales or SDR roles.
• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or technology sales preferred.
• Proven ability to generate qualified meetings via multi-channel prospecting.
• Hands-on with outreach tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident communicating with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Malaysian citizenship or unrestricted work authorization in Malaysia preferred (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage outbound pipeline through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events, and other channels.
• Research target accounts and identify decision-makers across Security, Engineering, DevOps, Platform, and Tech teams.
• Run personalized, multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate qualified meetings.
• Qualify prospects by understanding security challenges, infra, and business priorities.
• Engage with CISOs, Security Leaders, CTOs, Engineering Managers, and DevOps leaders.
• Work with Account Executives to convert meetings into sales opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve messaging and campaigns.
• Continuously improve prospecting strategies based on data and market insights.
